The Outlaw Iron Distance Triathlon consisting of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride followed by a 26.2 mile run AND later in the year the Great North Run (13.1 miles of running)....
.....this is all on top of challenges completed this year that include a 10k Mud Run, Beaver Half Iron Distance Triathlon, Half a Marathon in Lanzarote and the Nightrider Bike Ride, cycling 72 miles around London throughout the night.....
